Thursday again

Thursday has come round yet again, and we all know what that means don't we? Get on those scales everyone! I have another loss to report - 3 pounds this week, so much better than last week's measly pound. (Still, a pound is a pound as so many of you told me - oh and if any of you complain about 'just' losing that much, don't expect sympathy from Mrs Moog. She's very scary!) (I got seriously told off, but not as badly told off as Trashy this week - from someone else, but oh that's another story...)

Anyway, here we have another raffle prize sent today from Daisie - a newbie to our little group. It's so exciting - all these prizes are so gorgeous - I want to keep them all!

This prize is a Della Q circular knitting needle case. It is beautiful, silky and oh my word, just look at the price of these things! Don't you just need to win this? No more messy circulars in the bottom of the case / pot / tub / whatever you keep them in.

Own up then one and all, have you lost anything this week? (Not just weight, have you lost anything at all? I've lost my rag quite a few times, but again, that's another story.)

Keep on, Michaela! I am impressed by your strength. Cooking for others with professional skills and losing weight can be arduous but your are gaining valuable knowledge about yourself. I am also going my way and changing my habits. I love bread, pies, scones (when they are nicely done)... evenings are mischievious for me because I loose all rationality concerning foods. ;) Bravo for your persistence! lISE

Oooooh, whoever does win the Stash Diet prize is going to be one happy knitter! As Lola would say 'Lucky, lucky me!' Charlie and Lola is huge in our house and we have a Lola quote for most situations!

Congrats on your 3 pounds lost! I am hovering at the same weight as last week :(

Ah, well. Better than a gain, I suppose.

Nothing to report here, but I am spurred on by the mere idea of a needle case! Things that might make me more organised are so appealing!

Congrats on your 3 lb - see, good things do come to those who wait!

I am another 1 lb down - slow and steady, that's me. I'm not sure I've lost much else this week unless you count my temper (countless times, usually just before we have to leave for school) and my mind.

Just seen the update in the sidebar, aren't you doing well! I rejoined WW at the end of July, was at target weight just before we went on holidays middle of August (was only 6 lbs off my target weight, thought it was much more due to some faulty scales at home), and then promptly put it all back on and then some while we were away. Then a short hospital stay and a weekend away wreaking havoc with the routine. Went back last Monday and fortunately had lost 1/2 lb compared to 3 weeks before, was worried I'd put on even more. Now back in the groove and doing well this week. Trying not to hope for a massive loss this week and be pleased with anything, but I might stamp my foot a little if it's only 1/2 lb ;-)

Errr, pass? The only thing I've lost is any hint of self-restraint! Been very bad the last couple of weeks so am too scared to get on the scales! (and it's my birthday next week so that means yet MORE cake!). Think I might have to starve myself for all of November to catch up again!
Well done to you and everyone else though.
