Creme Caramel with fruit salad.This pudding is for Lucy Locket Pocket - it's lower in fat than all the others Mrs Pocket. It could have done with a bit longer in the oven to cook it, but hey, what were straws invented for anyway?

Ok, that's it! I'm coming round for pudding next Saturday! (now how far is it? and could I do it there and back before the other Lockets noticed I was missing?)

steamed sticky toffee puddings with toffee sauce? I am hallucinating about food right now! Being busy is a good way to lose weight, unless of course you are chief cake maker/tester/decorator than it must be difficult even if you are busy :^)
