Following
Moogsmum's example, here is a pudding created with leftovers. 4 leftover
egg whites lurking at the back of the fridge, half a pot of double cream and half a pot of
yoghurt fast approaching its sell by date. Admittedly the strawberries were fresh from
Sainsbury's, but who ever has leftover strawberries?

Individual strawberry meringues.
Mmmmm,
mmmmm,
mmmmm.
Eldest son is going on a school trip tomorrow to the Somme in France. He is taking the camera with him, so no more pictures until his return. And I don't care what any of you say, as much as I shall miss him, I shall enjoy the peace!

I'll take your leftovers ony day!
Sorry for the spelling error - I'm blaming the drool on my keyboard.
You realise the drool has nothing to do with your cooking, she just can't help herself. CK has met her, I know whereof I speak ;-)
Lovely! And I am so jealous! It's been raining here so much that we may not have ANY strawberries this year. Enough to make a grown woman weep!
Swirly PINK meringues! Very Ottolenghi. What will you be doing with his share of pud while he's away? If you need a volunteer....
mmmmmm, loving your pud!
xx
Wow! Seriously yummy leftovers! Have a lovely bit of peace! Lucy x
Oooh - my leftovers aren't nearly as pretty as that!
Enjoy the peace and quiet :-)
