Another square, another rabbit.

Finished this square last night. I've already made one of these, but in different colours. Last time I didn't enjoy making it and it really dragged. But this time was so different - I loved it! Amazing the difference a change of colour can make!

I gave mum her little bunny egg cosy on Mother's Day and as predicted, she thought it was gorgeous. Also as predicted she wanted more - well, at least one for dad (so his egg wouldn't get cold). So here is egg cosy number 2. Must give them names - any suggestions?

If you haven't yet bought a copy of this pattern, I really think you should. Beautifully explained and photographed throughout. You need one of these believe me! Available from here.

Major stress levels here - Mr Stressy was away in London and not due back until Thursday. He's just phoned to say that he's home in about an hour. Change of plans. Oh flip. The house is a TIP. Well, it isn't really, but by his standards it is. Anyone free to help hoover and cook tea?

How come the Misters have a whole different standard on how their home should look like than we do??? When hubby's due home, I run around like a headless chick trying to wash and vacuum and bake bread- all at once preferably! In my opinion it looks nice- but not in his...

Love the bunnies! Oh, and I've started the poppy socks! Both at the same time- and still no tangles! No photo though- I can't get my computer to upload the photos...

Perhaps you should just go out for the evening and leave the house as it is?!?!?!!

Love your square and your new bunny. I started one yesterday with some of the rainbow sock wool I had left over - but I converted it to using dpns instead of two needles because I have discovered a pathological hatred of sewing up knitted garments and plan to knit as much as possible in the round from now on!

Get Mr. Stressy to take a detour to my house on his way home, it is a complete tip at the moment (so hard to tidy/clean with a 20 month daughter 'helping' me!) and it will make your house look fantastical tidy when he arrives home. Must go, have to hose yoghurt off said daughter, her high chair and probably the floor...

Oh my goodness, she has just clapped and the laptop is now covered in yoghurt!

Bunny cosy and knitted square both stunningly gorgeous. I think that rabbit looks like an Arthur. But then I'm funny like that.

Hope all is well there - when there is no time to hoover, I find raking up the mess on the floor is a good 'Plan B'.

So there are other people out there like me! Thank goodness and thank you for admitting to it. I have very tidy friends and they make me feel worse than my own Mr Stressy!

I HAD to go and get the bunny pattern yesterday after seeing yours - not cast on yet but very sooon. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

you just send Mr. Stressy up here onto the hill for a night or two. Between the two naughty children, three dogs and my own pathological hatred of dusting I promise he will come home and NEVER complain again!

Right, that's it, off to buy bunny now. Yours are gorgeous.
My house is always a tip. Fortunately apart from the kids nobody ever sees it, so it only bothers me. It does mean I go around the house like a mad person when I am expecting visitors...

My house is a total tip right now as I've had the messiest man in the world off work for two weeks! He's driving me maaaaad, I tell you!!
Next time I find a pair of his dirty socks on the living room floor I'm going to use them to check his prostate ;-)
