Saturday (and Sunday) pudding

So keen am I to win back my hard-earned Posh Yarn that I have had fruit salad for pudding two days in a row. No chocolate, no cream, no fatty stuff. I have been good. But oh, what's that lurking at the side of my dish? Couldn't possibly be home-made summer fruit ice cream (yet another must have book!) could it? Well, come now, you didn't expect miracles straight away did you?

Beacoup brownie points for fruit salad . And I mean 'points of goodness', not points of small pieces of gooey, fusgey chocolaty cakey stuff! (It is ok to talk about food, right?)

I'm rather hoping it's OK not only to talk about food but to read and dream about food as lonmg as I don;t eat too much of it, or I shall not make it through.

I'm off to have some fruit right now, as it happens. Better late than never.

You are good, Michaela! Exemplary behavior! And this Saturday-Sunday pudding must taste exquisitely as usual. Can you indicate the title of the recipe book that is a "must have"?

Ah, but tis FRUIT ice-cream and so therefore fat free. Also, because there are so many colours in the fruit it matches the plate and so agrees with rule 11 of dieting - if the food is the same colour as the plate, it has no calories :)
